Welcome to CASSI! By accessing or using CASSI (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

CASSI is developed and operated by MAGIG Design + Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Hamburg, Germany. We provide an AI-powered assistant that helps you create social media content quickly, simply, and in your unique voice.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using CASSI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use CASSI and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you use CASSI on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of the Service

CASSI enables you to:

• Create and edit social media posts using AI

• Connect social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

• Schedule and publish content

• Manage multiple personas and content styles

• Generate images using AI

• Import and analyze existing posts

  
  

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Use of the Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CASSI.

You must not:

• Use the Service illegally or unethically

• Reverse-engineer or replicate the AI systems

• Infringe third-party rights

• Create or spread misinformation

• Promote hate, violence, or harassment

• Impersonate others

• Circumvent security measures

• Use bots or scrapers without permission

• Share account credentials

5. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information

• Keep credentials secure

• Notify us of unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all account activity

  
  

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all input and generated content

• We do not use your content for marketing without consent

• You grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Service

Our Content

All platform intellectual property belongs to MAGIG Design + Technologies UG and may not be reused without permission.

Feedback

Feedback may be used by us without compensation.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI content may be inaccurate or outdated

• You are responsible for reviewing content

• Content is not professional advice

• You must comply with platform rules

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free and paid plans available

• Billing is monthly or annual via Stripe

• Prices are in EUR and may include taxes

  
  

Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions renew unless cancelled.

Refunds:
Generally not provided; exceptions reviewed case by case.

Price Changes:
30 days’ notice before increases.

9. Third-Party Services

By connecting platforms, you authorize access as needed.
We are not responsible for third-party services.

No affiliation with Meta, Microsoft, ByteDance, or Google.

10. Data Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Suspension and Termination

By You:
You may delete your account at any time.

By Us:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal reasons, or security risks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Service is provided “as is”

• No liability for indirect damages

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MAGIG Design + Technologies UG against claims arising from your use or content.

15. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Hamburg, Germany.

17. General Provisions

• Entire agreement

• Verwaltung mehrerer Personas

• KI-Bilderstellung

4. Nutzung des Services

Du erhältst eine nicht-exklusive, widerrufliche Nutzungslizenz.

Untersagt sind u. a.:

• Rechtswidrige Nutzung

• Reverse Engineering

• Verletzung von Rechten Dritter

• Desinformation

• Hass oder Diskriminierung

• Umgehung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen

Du bist verantwortlich für:

• korrekte Angaben

• sichere Zugangsdaten
