We've been heads-down building for a while now, and this update is probably the biggest thing we've shipped since CASSI launched. New platforms, a completely new look and feel, chat, post analysis, brainstorm mode — the list goes on. I'll try to keep this readable rather than turning it into a wall of bullet points.

Why We Built This

Our team ran a social media agency called magig for five years. We built campaigns for enterprise clients — Siemens, big banks, companies with proper budgets and dedicated teams. We were good at it.

But we kept seeing the same thing on the other side of the fence. Small business owners, freelancers, solopreneurs — people who genuinely had something worth saying — completely paralysed when it came to social media. Not because they didn't care. Because they were already doing everything else.

What Is CASSI? (Quick Context)

If you're new here — CASSI is an AI social media assistant built for people who know they should be posting consistently but just... don't. Not because they don't care, but because finding the time, the ideas, and the energy to actually sit down and create content is genuinely hard when you're running everything else at the same time.

CASSI generates posts for you, schedules them, and gets out of your way. The goal is to go from "I should post something today" to actually posted — in under 10 minutes. That's what we're building toward.

Now, here's what's new.

New Platforms: TikTok & YouTube Are Live

This was one of the most requested things and we've finally done it. CASSI now supports TikTok and YouTube alongside LinkedIn and Instagram. If video is your thing, you're now covered. Create, schedule, and publish across all four platforms from a single workspace.

A Completely New UI — Dark Mode, Light Mode, and Actually Nice to Use

We rebuilt the interface from scratch. It's cleaner, faster, and actually enjoyable to spend time in (I think anyway — very biased here). You can now switch between dark mode and light mode depending on what your eyes prefer at 11pm. Both look great, I promise.

Chat With CASSI — Edit Posts Without Leaving the Workspace

This is a big one. You can now chat directly with CASSI to tweak, rewrite, or refine your posts. Instead of regenerating from scratch every time something isn't quite right, just tell CASSI what to change. "Make this more casual." "Add a hook at the start." "Can you make it shorter?" — and it handles it.

It keeps the whole thing inside one workspace rather than bouncing between tools.

Post Analysis — CASSI Rates Your Posts and Tells You What to Fix

Every post now gets analysed before it goes out. CASSI gives you a rating and a breakdown of what you could improve — things like hook strength, readability, call to action, relevance to your niche. You can take the feedback or ignore it, but at least now you have something to work with beyond just vibes.

Brainstorm Mode (Beta) — Work Through Ideas With CASSI

This is our first experiment with a more open-ended creative mode. Brainstorm Mode lets you have a proper back-and-forth with CASSI to develop a content idea. It pulls in relevant context, asks questions, and helps you shape something coherent out of what might start as a half-thought.

It's beta. It'll get better. But it's already genuinely useful if you're stuck staring at a blank page. (Which, I always am.)

New Calendar & Scheduler UI

The old scheduler worked but wasn't exactly a joy to look at. The new calendar and scheduler UI gives you a much clearer view of what your content plan actually looks like. Drag, drop, rearrange — it does what you'd expect a modern tool to do, which sounds basic but makes a real difference day-to-day.

Improved Suggestions

The suggestions CASSI generates are now noticeably better. More on-brand, more relevant to your niche, more varied. This is a combination of improvements to how CASSI understands your profile and how it generates content. Nothing earth-shattering to show here visually, but you'll feel the difference immediately.

New Onboarding — Just Paste Your Website

Previously, getting set up in CASSI took a bit of manual work. Now it takes about 30 seconds. Paste in your website URL and CASSI does the rest — it analyses your brand, extracts your logo, pulls your colours, identifies your target audience, and figures out your niche. That's your brand profile, done.

It's one of those things that sounds small but removes a huge amount of friction at the start.

Carousels, Multi-Image, and Video — Fully Supported

You can now create and publish carousels, multi-image posts, and video content directly through CASSI. This was a big gap before and it's now properly filled. LinkedIn carousels, Instagram multi-image, short-form video — all supported, all publishable without leaving the platform.

Video Analysis — Turn Any Video Into a Post

Drop in a video and CASSI will analyse it and create a post about it. Useful if you've just recorded a short video, a podcast clip, or anything visual and you want accompanying written content without having to transcribe and write it yourself.

Updated Image Generation — Compare Old vs New

Small but satisfying update here. The image generation flow now shows you your previous image next to the new one so you can actually compare them before deciding what to keep. Sounds obvious in hindsight. Very glad it's in there now.

Posts Ready When You Wake Up

CASSI now sends you email digests with new posts based on your persona settings — targeted to your niche and company profile. Wake up, open your email, approve or edit, done.

This one's still early and we're actively improving it, but the idea is simple: the content should come to you, not the other way around.

Multiple Organisations & Brands

If you manage social media for more than one company or brand, this is for you. You can now set up multiple organisations in CASSI and switch between them cleanly. Separate brand profiles, separate content, separate scheduling — all under one login. Perfect for agencies, freelancers, or anyone juggling more than one client.

What's Coming Next

We're not stopping here. Here's where CASSI is heading:

Q1–Q2 2026 — Eliminate Posting Paralysis The next wave of features is focused entirely on removing the remaining friction from showing up consistently. This includes auto-generated daily posts ("here's what to post today" in your inbox), a proper confidence-building onboarding experience for first posts, a 3-month campaign builder so you can plan ahead without the planning feeling like work, and a full analytics dashboard so you can actually see what's landing.

Q3–Q4 2026 — Drive Growth Through Consistency Once you're posting consistently, we want CASSI to make that consistency smarter. Smart content triggers (calendar events, trending topics, news relevant to your niche), performance insights with auto-recommendations on what to post more of, auto comments and reactions, and integrations with Google Drive, OneDrive, and calendars.

2027 — Scale & Retention The long game. Engagement predictions (CASSI tells you the best content to post before you create it), Autopilot Mode (set your calendar rules, CASSI handles the rest), enterprise API access, and a mobile-first experience.

The goal across all of this is the same as it's always been: you should be spending less time thinking about social media, not more.
